Assessing Risk for Internal Moisture

Following our recent presentation at the Annual BOINZ (Building officials Institute New Zealand) event in Queenstown, the SBCO Forum, we have discussed the limitations our current Clause E3 poses on decision making when the building documentation (Building Consent) and building work is otherwise compliant. We generated a risk matrix for the most common risk areas and factors when it comes to moisture buildups inside of construction assemblies.
